Olympics speech

We have been learning to write and present our speeches. We had to persuade the audience to think our way. The Olympics was our theme.
The criteria we had to use to write and present our speech included, an introduction, delivery, content and our conclusion.



                             2012 Olympic Speech

The London 2012 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony will start at 9pm on 12 August 2012 and will celebrate the amazing sporting feats of the athletes who have taken part in the Games with the ultimate aftershow party.

Featuring more than 4,100 performers, including 3,500 adult volunteers and 380 schoolchildren from the six east London Host Boroughs, the Ceremony will showcase the great creative talent of the UK in a fun, colourful and festive.

At the end of the Ceremony, there will be a handover to Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympic Games, and the Olympic Flame will be exciting, signalling the end of the Olympic Games.

Sandwich Day

 

Last Thursday our school had a Sandwich Day in our school hall. Making healthy salad sandwiches taught us to keep our body healthy.

The first thing we did is wash our hands. The teachers came around and gave the food to us. The ingredients I put in my sandwich was lettuce, tuna, carrot, and cheese. It was so yummy that I had 2 sandwiches.

I was sitting next to Kaz, Tre, Evelyn and Felila. We all really enjoyed it and we love healthy food.
